1. Definitions
- “Service”

The web application at salesflow.store, including
features such as product management, stock batches, sales, expenses,
subscriptions, and employee reporting.
- “User”
-
Anyone registered and logged in, either as a Master or a Sub‑user.
- “Master”
-
The primary account holder with full permissions, able to manage
sub‑users, products, and settings.
- “Sub‑user”

An additional account under the same Master, with restricted access
to routes as configured by the Master.
- “Content”
-
All data entered or uploaded by Users, including products, batches,
sales records, expenses, and employee reports.
2. Account & Security

You must register with accurate personal and business information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your
password and session.

Master accounts may create up to one Sub‑users; Sub‑users inherit
the Master’s subscription but cannot alter subscription or
Master‑only settings.

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
3. Subscription & Payments
- Available plans: Monthly, Half‑Yearly, Yearly.

All transactions are processed via Razorpay; by subscribing you
authorize charges to your chosen payment method.

No refunds once a subscription period has started. You may disable
auto‑renewal in your profile before expiry.

Access to paid features is revoked upon subscription expiry or
failed payment.
4. Use of Service

Users are responsible for all actions performed under their account.

Do not attempt to interfere with, overload, or reverse‑engineer any
part of the Service or its APIs.
5. Data & Privacy
Your Content is stored securely in Firestore. We do not share your
data with third parties except for payment processing. You retain all
rights to your Content. We use session cookies for authentication
only.
6. Intellectual Property
All code, designs, and trademarks of this Service are the property of
SalesFlow. No part may be reproduced or distributed without our
written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, incidental,
consequential, or special damages including lost profits, data loss,
or business interruption.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or
fail to maintain an active subscription. You may request data deletion
at any time; complete removal occurs within 30 days.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The “Last
updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use after modifications
constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be
adjudicated in the courts located at the Master account’s registered
address.
